The Management Team

Signalton Technology was founded by Reyhan Ergün and Dr. Nail Çadallı, who together had had over 50 years of research and development experience in digital embedded system design, software development, signal analysis and advanced algorithm development. Both of the founders work as part of the R&D staff of the company. Dr. Çadallı also works as the managing director.

Nail Çadallı, Ph.D.

Dr. Çadallı worked as a postdoc in the Coordinated Science Laboratory of UIUC and then as a research engineer for Phonak Hearing Systems at Urbana-Champaign. His work at Phonak focused on development of audio scene analysis and localization algorithms for binaural hearing instruments. During that work, he was also affiliated with the Beckman Institute for Advanced Science and Technology and the Coordinated Science Laboratory of UIUC as a visiting assistant professor.

Before founding Signalton Technology, he worked for the defense industry from 2005 to 2017 at R&D departments of the companies Optimal Software Electronics Engineering Inc. and Karel Electronics Inc. at the tech/research parks of Middle East Technical University (METU) and Bilkent University. During that time, he worked on signal analysis, electronic intelligence, radar signal processing, audio array signal processing, audio scene analysis and noise reduction. He is the inventor in various patents on hearing systems, audio signal processing and smart sensor systems. Dr. Çadallı serves in the advisory board of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Bilkent University.
